Pioneer Services is currently seeking an LPO Manager for their location in Norfolk, VA.
 
Position Summary:             
 
An LPO Manager is responsible for representing the brand of the organization in their marketplace.  The expected results include maximizing revenue, enhancing efficiencies and productivity and creating raving fans.  An LPO Manager is charged with developing a team equipped to deliver all products and services with consistent memorable and great service.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Business Development:
 

  • Identifies opportunities to maximize growth through new customer acquisition, product expansion and customer delivery through all channels…. Brick, RIC, click and call (mobile??)
  • Develops and engages the team to execute plans to meet or exceed goals and objectives.
  • Trains and equips team members on all products to ensure excellent matching of customer needs to product benefits.
  • Partners with retailers to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Regularly analyzes competitive activities in both traditional and non-traditional competitors; Alerting senior management of significant and relevant activities
  • Listens and acts on the feedback from customers; serves as the voice of the customer to other internal departments.
 
Public Relations:
 
  • Builds strong sustainable relationships in the community and with military leadership.
  • Provides financial education presentations to groups from 1-100+.
  • Delivers financial fitness education to the military customer and trains team members to also effectively deliver and explain core financial principles and help customers transfer the information to an action plan for their financial well-being
  • Represents the company at events in the community and on the installation, delivering tailored 30 second messages about the company and products.  
  • Partners with Military Relations function to gain greater exposure for office and resolve possible issues.
 
Operations:
 
  • Leads by example and trains to ensure that each customer receives “memorable and great” service.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies and standard operating procedures (SOP), industry standards, state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Resolves customer inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective fashion. 
  • Recruits, trains, and develops staff to perform to the B.E.S.T. standards, and then creates an environment of achievement and accountability for the team to achieve desired results and behaviors. 
  • Provides regular performance feedback through timely performance appraisals, and recommends to RM personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, coaching, or counseling of staff. 
  • Creates a team atmosphere by exhibiting ELITE behaviors. Reinforces the company culture and behaviors on a daily basis
  • Performs all other necessary and assigned duties to effectively and efficiently manage the staff and operations of the branch
  
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or commensurate experience.
  • 5 years of managerial and proven operations and/or sales experience in a financial services environment.
  • Internal candidate can substitute the above experience with a combination of experience with Pioneer, education, and/or military experience.
  • Experience or affinity with the military niche is a plus
