• Should have exposure on any IT Skills.
• Preferable with 6 months to 3 year experience working in KPO/BPO/Call centres in Technical Domain
• Should be excellent in communications skills (oral/written)
• Should be good in Problem solving skills
• Should be flexible to work in 24×7 (night Shifts)
• Excellent Communication skills & presentation skills are required and should be a quick learner.
• Selected candidates should be ready to work in 24×7 shifts.
