JOB SUMMARY:
Part of the channel sales team, the sales executive will work towards building an excellent relationship with current and potential Channel partners in the market, and would be the face of EM to these partners. Need to gather Market intelligence and business ecosystem changes/dynamics and report periodically to the sales management team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Achieve the targeted monthly sales revenue and unit goals for DSC via the channel market
2.Increase the width and depth of distribution within the assigned regions
3.They need to work towards bringing in incremental and additional avenues of business for the channel
4.Work towards building an excellent relationship with current and potential Channel partners in the market, and would be the face of EM to these partners
5.Working knowledge of DSC business within the channel market would be an added advantage
6.They will handle and help resolve the day-to-day customer queries relating to DSC in their assigned regions
7.Need to gather Market intelligence and business ecosystem changes/dynamics and report periodically to the sales management team
8.Day-to-day reporting and MIS responsibility
9.Adhere to the company policies and guidelines

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Knowledge and Tools
- Minimum Graduate. If MBA is done would be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of hands on experience and proven track record in handling channel sales, preferably from the FMCG, IT (Hardware), Telecom, Security solutions industry
- Excellent communications skills, regional vernacular spoken language would be an added advantage, good spoken English would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the channel sales domain and its complexities a must
- Basic knowledge of computers and sales reporting/MIS
