Rugrats - The children
 * Tommy Pickles (voiced by E.G. Daily, and Tami Holbrook in the unseen pilot): The a good amount of adventurous baby, regularly buying the board to trouble. Generally thought the babies' leader. Tommy is named once the beforehand son of Paul Germain, one of the show's creators.
 * Dil Pickles (voiced by Tara Strong): Tommy's younger brother, a real baby (i.e. not a toddler want the further children). Introduced in the earliest Rugrats movie.

 * Phil & Lil DeVille (Both voiced by Kath Soucie): Fraternal twins (boy and girl) overly experience all of it in common. Both enjoy fidgeting in mud and want to eat worms and insects.
 * Kimi Finster (voiced by Dionne Quan): Chuckie's younger step-sister, introduced in the minute Rugrats movie, Rugrats in Paris. Kimi is a remarkably fantastic girl who is presistently smiling.
 * Susie Carmichael (voiced by Cree Summer): A area friend who is almost Angelica's age. When around, Susie often stands up to Angelica when she taunts the young toddlers. She furthermore has two older brothers, Erwin and Buster and older brother Alisha.

Rugrats - The adults
 * Stu Pickles (voiced by Jack Riley of The Bob Newhart Show fame): Tommy and Dil's dad and doggy of Drew. Absent-minded toy inventor. Married to Didi.
 * Didi Pickles (nee Kerpackter) (voiced by Melanie Chartoff): Tommy and Dil's mother. A part-time schoolteacher and married to Stu.
 * Lou Pickles (voiced by David Doyle based on information from 1991, until his death in 1997, and Joe Alaskey; 1997-Series End) Tommy, Dil and Angelica's grandfather and Stu and Drew's father. Lived investing in Stu's family for the beforehand few seasons and often babysat the children.

 * Kira Finster (voiced by Julia Kato): Kimi's daddy and Chuckie's step-mother. Married Chaz in the instant Rugrats movie. Operates the Java Lava Coffee House in on her husband.
 * Lucy Carmichael (voiced by: Cheryl Carter (1992, 1997-Series End), Lisa Dinkins (1993), Hattie Winston (The Rugrats Movie): Susie's mom and Randy's wife. She is a Harvard-educated "wonder mom" and performs a lot of cool things. She is as well a Doctor. She delivered Dil.

 * Aunt Miriam (voiced by Andra Martin), Lou's cousin and Angelica,Tommy, and Dil's extreme aunt removed
 * Shirley and Marvin Finster (voiced by Miriam Margolyes and Stacy Keach), Chaz's parents

Rugrats - The pets
 * Spike (not voiced in the TV show, but voiced by Bruce Willis alone in Rugrats Go Wild!): The Pickles' black hound dog. Tommy deeply admires him. (Spike was yet voiced in a remarkably old Rugrats episode in that Chuckie had a dream so he and the a good deal more babies headed to Spike's doghouse. In the doghouse, Spike was drinking tea and spoke in a British accent.)

 * Spiffy and Sparky (not voiced): Purple and black (respectively) puppies adopted by the Stu Pickles and Chaz Finster households. The offspring of a union between Spike and Fifi. (Note: In US showings of "Mutts In A Name", Sparky's labeled as "Pepper", as a result of a viewer poll.)
 * Fluffy (not voiced): Angelica's cat who Angelica loves dearly, but who constantly instigates tribulations for the others, especially Spike.

Rugrats - Fictional TV Characters
 * Reptar (not voiced): A big blue dinosaur reminiscent of Godzilla. Tommy and the funny things Rugrats sttink him; Reptar offerings these types of as cars, clothes and candy are relentlessly witnessed on the show.
