Mathai, who did his MA in Political Science from the University of Pune, has served in missions in India in Vienna, Colombo, Washington, Tehran and Brussels.As joint Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Relations in New Delhi between January 1995 and February 1998 headed the division responsible for India's relations with Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and the Maldives.
He also served as Ambassador of India to Israel from February 1998 to June 2001 and Qatar from August 2001 to July 2005. He served as Deputy High Commissioner in India's mission in the UK from August 2005 to January 2007.Rao, whose term ends on July 31, has been appointed India's ambassador to the United States.

Hi,Although there is paperwork to be filed, approvals to be obtained and registration fees to be assessed during this process with Incorporation in Qatar, the mode of registration offers the opportunity for foreign companies to operate separately.thanks....
