Requirements:-

1)  LLB/LLM Graduate

2)  Minimum 1.5 yrs & Max 7yrs relevant experience as an in-house counsel in a corporation, commercial contracts team of an LPO or Law firms, Good Ability to analyze & interpret contract/information/data.

3)  Candidate should be able to independently draft low to mid complexity commercial contracts

4)  Excellent verbal & written communication skills,

5)  Knowledge of Ms-Word and Excel.
