Sykes Adding Jobs in Arkansas:
Sykes Enterprises, an external service provider for contact centers, it is reported, adding dozens of new jobs Call center agent at a center in the northwest near the border with Oklahoma Arkansas, the website informs OzarksFirst today. Sykes has indicated that add about 100 workers at its existing contact center in Fort Smith, Arkansas, currently working collections for a client, a mortgage company. Fort Smith is the second largest city in Arkansas.
The company said that with the addition of new jobs in Fort Smith facility, which ultimately hopes to have a total of more than 500 call center employees on hand at the end of this month. Sykes states that are willing to train employees who have no experience in call center.
Sykes, who is based in Tampa, Florida, has 33 call centers in the United States, 17 in Canada and a dozen more around the world. The company recently posted in the "Leaders Quadrant" of Gartner Magic Quadrant for Customer Management (CM) Contact Center BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) worldwide.
In addition to the contact center agent jobs, call center outsourcing is also advertising for a position in Fort Smith facility aa site Systems Administrator to provide technical support and maintenance for all servers and systems in the place.
Sykes called Fort Smith opened this year into 44,000 square feet of office space located in a renovated section of Phoenix Village Mall.
