DST Systems expands insurance solution portfolio with new subsidiary unit:
DST Systems, a provider of software products and services, has expanded its portfolio of insurance solutions through the formation of a new subsidiary company, DST Insurance Solutions.
As a wholly owned subsidiary, DST Insurance Solutions will provide policy administration outsourcing and payment technology and services in life and annuity companies.
The new unit will provide services on a full-service ASP and BPO by Boston Financial Data Services, a joint venture between DST Systems and State Street.
Wasgatt Bonnie, who has over 30 years of technology and outsourcing experience, has joined the organization as president.
DST Systems President and Chief Operating Officer Steve Hooley said the firm is focused on providing solutions for the insurance market that combine service excellence, operational best practices, global resources and a robust, sensitive, flexible technology .
